Booking Policy for Texas Elite Peptides

Free Online Consultation

All initial consultations are offered free of charge. During this consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your health concerns, goals, and desired treatments with one of our professionals via telemedicine.
Payment Policy

Full payment for all services is required at the time of booking through our secure online booking system.

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available on our platform.

Appointments are only confirmed after payment is successfully processed.
Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling without additional charges.
Late Arrival

If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your scheduled session.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be subject to cancellation, and a refund will not be issued.
No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of that session.
Mobile Services

For mobile services, ensure your location is within our service area, which will be confirmed during the booking process.

If your location is outside our service area, additional fees may apply, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled for an office visit.
Rescheduling Policy

Clients can reschedule appointments without any fees if done at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system.

Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated, and a new appointment will need to be booked with full payment.
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are available for services rendered.

Prepaid services or packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Health & Safety

Before any treatment, you will be required to complete a health assessment form to ensure you are a suitable candidate for the services provided.

Changes to Appointments

Texas Elite Peptides reserves the right to adjust or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In the rare case of such changes, clients will be contacted promptly, and accommodations will be made for rescheduling without any penalties.
